Its a tedious procedure and not great if the client ever changes anything. Then I retrace them using pick lines tools. I got so fed up that I converted pdfs into dwgs and import them into a family file and explode them. Its a hassle to figure out what the exact problem is as we aren't experts in Rhino either. But I notice that alot of times alot of models have errors and items don't show up. We have tried going from illustrator vector files (PDF))to rhino, and from Rhino (CAD) to Revit. Most of the times we have to deal with logo files from clients to use as signages. Our usual workflow for design presentation is from revit to twinmotion for 3D rendering. I work at a small company that does commercial interior design, its basically just me and my boss in the design department.
